Refund Policy

Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products (eBooks, checklists, PDF downloads, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
By purchasing and downloading any digital product from Quick Start Uni, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are providing express consent to receive the content immediately.

• You waive your statutory right to cancel the order or request a refund under the UK/EU Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All sales of digital products are final unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your physical merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags.

Please note: This 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded, where you have given consent to waive your cancellation right (see above).

Refunds

We’ll notify you if you have been approved for a refund and your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@quickstartuni.com.
